Attached are specifications for a 4 camera AV system to be used in conjunction

with the pre-existing Sennheiser 8200 conference system.

The Sennheiser 8200 Main Unit will act as a switcher! When mlcs are turned on and off

the 8200 system can send a command signal through a RS-232 port.

The RS-232 port is than linked to a AV2 Dual bus control system. The AV2 will be

programmed to interoperate the command signals from the 8200 Main Unit.

4 EVI-D701Wcameras will be linked to the AV2 using the RS-422 port (The 422 system is

used to compensate for the 232"s 50 foot cable limit).

The return video from the EVI-D70/w cameras are linked to a MSW Mini Switcher also

controlled by the AV2 through the 8200 Main Unit.

The Sennheiser 8200 Main Unit will provide the audio output required for your web

stream. The AV2 Mini will provide the Video.

A determination can be made on how you want to record the signal in house to archive

the signal. Ie. DVD or DVR.
