Browser Configuration
The SME100 supports a variety of web browsers. Most web browsers will work with the
SME100 without requiring any configuration. This section describes how to configure the
following web browsers to operate properly with the SME100.
• Microsoft

Internet Explorer
®
(version 7 or higher)
• Mozilla
®
Firefox
®
(version 15 or higher)
NOTES:
• These procedures may vary when different web browser versions are used.
• The SME100 can be configured using either a 32- or 64-bit operating system or
web browser. Currently, a stream can only be viewed using a 32-bit browser.
Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 7 or higher)
1. Open Internet Explorer and select Tools > Internet Options. The Internet Options
window appears (see figure 115).

2. To enable cookies, select the Privacy tab and (if required) adjust the slider control to
set the required security level. The SME100 operates correctly when using security that
does not exceed the Medium setting (see figure 115).
